We're more than just a technology company—we're part of the North Carolina community. We proudly invest in the next generation of talent by partnering with local schools and colleges, offering hands-on learning opportunities and paid summer internships for students. By sharing our knowledge and resources, we help prepare young people for success in the technology industry while giving them real-world experience that makes a difference.
We sponsor the Cabarrus County Schools Agri-Coders team of young student programmers focusing on technology for Agribusiness.
Our team coordinates with local businesses to enable a full day of cyber education for high school students, helping them explore careers in technology. We invite students from Cabarrus County High Schools with STEM and Academy programs to participate.
Each summer, we welcome a new group of interns from local colleges and universities. The 2025 program included 4 students for the 8 week internship program. Two students from Appalachian State University, and two from UNC Charlotte participated in this year's program. They are graduates of Cabarrus County Schools STEM and Early College programs.
